Coronavirus Update (COVID-19)

At Woodsmill Village we take pride in caring for our residents.  Due to the increased precautions we are taking, and awareness surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we will be conducting business through email and phone.  Please call 636-227-5158 and leave a voicemail, or email leasingoffice@woodsmillvillage.com .  We will respond to your requests promptly during regular business hours.  We will be prioritizing emergency work orders and ask for residents understanding that we may have increased work order load with fewer resources.   It is the responsibility of the resident to call in any emergency work orders and allow us to fix these issues.  Please monitor our facebook page, and website for any updates.  We will be following any guidelines outlined by the CDC, and recommend www.cdc.gov for any health related information.

5/3/20 update : Our team will be going to apartments the week of May 11th to replace air filters in the apartments.  Our employees will be wearing masks, gloves, and keeping at least 6 feet distance from our residents.
